The project involves a construction of a mixed use development which consists of 5 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and 20 additional floors for residential and commercial activities. The architecture building construction works combines high specified materials along with testing measurements of BS standard for all material and construction work applications.
The building construction activities are managed through Quality Management System which refer to ISO 9001. Project activities are taken into account tender drawing, BoQ, building specifications and timeframe plan to maintain appropriate delivery and application of brick, tiling, painting, waterproofing, ceiling, glazing, doors and windows works.
Job Duties:
• Review site inspection reports, formulate relevance comments, provide final version of reports and follow-up with recommendation.
• Monitor and evaluate construction site activities, determine variation and corrective action to be taken.
• Compare actual progress with work plan to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of project activities.
• Review plans and specs during the schematic design of preconstruction.
• Conduct appropriate Monitoring & Evaluation system to assess project performance, outcome and impact.
• Oversaw the entire building turnover process.
• Enhancing communication between client, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Comply with HSE protocols in running project activities.
• Report the quality of performance to direct managers.
• Direct site inspectors through all construction, commissioning and closeout phases.
• Avoid construction delays by efficiently following the site inspections in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standard of construction activities by reviewing materials, working drawings, technical, method of statement and testing measurements submittals for each construction activity prior starting the on site works.

QA/QC Engineer

The project consists of three underground car park, along with a ground and first floor steel structure car park. The project is designed to accommodate 726 car parking plot facilitated by appropriate road traffic system.
The architecture building construction works combines high specified materials along with testing measurements of BS standard for all material and construction work applications.
The building construction activities are managed through Quality Management System which refer to ISO 9001. Project activities are taken into account tender drawing, BoQ, building specifications and timeframe plan to maintain appropriate delivery and application of brick, tiling, painting, waterproofing, ceiling, doors, windows and decoration works.
Job Duties:
• Monitor site activities to comply with checklist measurements.
• Conduct appropriate testing for construction materials and applications.
• Keep construction activities aligned with approved timeframe.
• Follow the required measurements specified in the working drawings and specifications.
• Conduct closure review at the end of the project through appropriate construction snag list.
• Enhancing communication between inspectors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct appropriate Monitoring & Evaluation system to assess project performance, outcome and impact.
• Ensure appropriate safety measurement during construction activities.
• Report the quality of performance to direct managers.
• Direct site inspectors through all construction, commissioning and closeout phases.
• Maintain the quality of construction activities by following the required measurements of the specification, BoQ, timeframe and working drawings.
