Management Guide for Architecture Biennale in Khartoum

This research is a managerial approach study, which identifies and analyses the elements that can affect the initiation of the Arch. Biennale in Khartoum, focusing on how to engage people, art and place to be a part of the biennale. So I used to highlight international biennales around the world, study the urbanism of Khartoum, use SWOT & Stakeholder analysis and survey the participants and organization attitude, also using figures and tables to illustrate Data.
The main findings of this research are:
– Setting Vision Mission and Objectives which reflects the idea of public and architects
– Determine the activities which can help in achieving objectives
– Setting a Work Plan that fit the needs and situation
– Provide Organizational Structure in order to manage all activities
– Setting Budget Estimating
